Domestic Orders (Within India)

• We ship to all serviceable pin codes in India.

• All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 48 hours.

• Shipping is done via reputed courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.

• Standard delivery timeline: 5–7 business days after dispatch.

• Curly texture products may require 12–15 business days for delivery.

• Delivery may be delayed in the following cases:

  • Incorrect address or contact number

  • Unserviceable pin code

  • Delay in hair color match coordination

Delivery charges applicable on orders below ₹499.

• During festivals, bad weather, natural calamities, political issues, or curfews, delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

• For damage or shortage claims, an unboxing video is mandatory and must be emailed to feedback@hair.riverviewvillabir.com or reported via phone at +91 8700797103 on the day of delivery.

International Orders (Outside India)

• Delivery Timeline: 10–15 business days.

• No returns or exchanges are applicable for international shipments.

• Delivery charges are applicable on all international orders.

• Hair Excellence is not liable for deliveries accepted by alternate persons at the delivery address.
